Atlee’s maiden production wraps up!!

Director Atlee who gave us the tremendous hit Theri with Ilayathalapathy Vijay, is also into a new venture. But this time as a producer, he has produced Jiiva’s next movie Sangili Bungili Kathava Thora. Touted to be a horror comedy it co-stars Sri Divya as the female lead, while Radhika, Radha Ravi, Soori and Thambi Ramaiah will be seen in supporting roles.

It is directed by Ike Radha a newcomer, and produced under the banner A for Apple Productions and co-produced by Fox Star studios. The film began production in early March and has now been completed for release with the audio and post-production works in progress. Music is composed by Vishal Chandrasekar and editing by T.S.Suresh.

Major portions of the film have been shot in Palani and Chennai. And the surprise element is that Actor Jai and Actress Akshara Gowda who played a cameo in Thuppakki and Arambam will be doing cameo appearances in this flick. The film is gearing up for a December release according to sources.
