After the grand success of Mersal, Vijay is now taken off and he is on vacation with Atlee going to different parts of the world. It is said that AR Murugadoss will start shooting with Vijay, for Vijay 62 by end of January 2018. Meanwhile, there were rumours that AR Rahman is composing music for this film.

It seems that Vijay is keen on getting AR Rahman onboard as Mersal songs happened to be top of the list still and gave a big reach for the success of the movie. It is also reported that the shooting of this film commencing in January 2018 will be ending in 6 months time. If everything goes well, the film might get scheduled for Dussera 2018 release.

But nothing has been officially confirmed as the final talks between AR Murugadoss and AR Rahman is yet to happen.
