Karthi's Kashmora which is presently in the post production stages have just confirmed the release date. The makers are eyeing for releasing it for this year’s Diwali in both Tamil and Telugu. Starring Karthi in the lead role, Sri Divya and Nayanthara are playing the female leads.
The supporting cast has Vivek sporting a salt and pepper look as Karthi’s father, Manisha Yadav and Siddharth Vipin. Billed as a supernatural horror, Karthi will be seen in a tonsured head in one of the triple roles that he plays. Santhosh Narayanan has scored the tunes and the audio launch will take place in a couple of months.
The technical team has introduced the 3D face scan technology for the first time in Tamil cinema and there is a shot with heavy VFX works extending for 80 minutes at a stretch. Hence several months are needed by the VFX team members to deliver it good. Directed by Gokul, Dream Warrior Pictures will be bankrolling the flick.
