After the successful screening of Visaranai in Venice International Film Festival, it has finally come to theatrical release on February 5 in India. The distributor Lyca Production’s Creative Head, Raju Mahalingam has arranged a special screening of the film to Kamal Haasan and the latter seems to have impressed with the director’s works.
In his tweet, Kamal has praised Vetrimaaran describing that he has imprinted the good cinema from the late director Balu Mahendra. The movie will also be premiered in Mumbai International Film Festival between January 28 and February 3 before its release in Tamil. Featuring Attakathi Dinesh, Anandhi and Samuthirakani in the lead roles, the movie runs short only for 106 minutes.
