Nayanthara, who is also called as the ‘lady superstar’ has turned her focus on women centric films recently. Kollywood heroines have started to give a nod to most of the female lead focused subjects nowadays, and it has been widely received among the audience for their brave attempts in different genres.

After female oriented ventures, ‘Nee Enge En Anbe’ & ‘Maya’, Nayanthara is waiting for the release of ‘Dora’, ‘Kolayuthir Kaalam’ , ‘Aram’ and ‘Imaikka Nodigal’.

While the actress has a busy year ahead already, she has signed up for her next film produced by ‘Eros International’ and directed by debutant Bharath Krishnamachari, who previously worked as assistant director with director Myskkin.

The pre-production work has been started for the film and tentatively titled as ‘Ner Vazhi’. Being a heroine focused venture, Nayanthara plays the role of a journalist working in France. She goes in search of her lost family in many different countries and lands in India with a clue.

Chezhiyan handles cinematography and the music for the film is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film will be shot in different foreign countries. Looks like this project will be launched by the end of March.
