Vijay Sethupathi’s Puriyaadha Pudhir become ‘Pizza 2’
Article posted on 04 November 2016Vijay Sethupathi’s first psychological thriller Puriyaadha Pudhir has been announced by the makers to release on November 25. It will have a simultaneous release in both Tamil and Telugu and will be unveiled as Pizza 2 in Telugu. Directed by Ranjit Jeyakodi, DV Creations has bought the Telugu distribution rights.
The trailer was revealed recently and it has got almost 1 million views in 48 hours. The movie’s plot runs interestingly around cyber crimes against women posed by the youngsters. The makers are confident that it will be successful and will add another feather to Vijay Sethupathi’s hat. Not to mention, the Pizza actor had 7 hits in a row and is imminent to have an 8th one with this.
Gayathrie of Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom fame has been paired with him for the second time. Apart from them, the supporting cast has Ram, Sonia Deepti of Inidhu Inidhu fame, Arjunan and Ramesh Thilak who was last seen in Aandavan Kattalai. Sam C.S. of Kadalai fame has scored the tunes while Dinesh Krishnan who worked for Vijay Sethupathi’s Rekka, Soodhu Kavvum and Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum has cranked the camera.
