Maneesh Sharma, a versatile figure in Indian cinema, excels as a film director, producer, and screenwriter, predominantly working in Hindi films.

His upbringing in Delhi, navigating through different neighborhoods like Pitam Pura, shaped his early years. Maneesh attended Delhi Public School, R K Puram, before pursuing a degree in English literature at Hans Raj College, Delhi University. During his college days, his passion for storytelling bloomed as he actively participated in the theatre society, culminating in the creation of his debut film in 2010. Post-graduation, he ventured to California to hone his filmmaking skills at CalArts.

Prior to his Mumbai stint, Maneesh was deeply involved in Delhi's theatre scene and showcased his talents as a dancer in a local musical ensemble.
