Shaurya is a 2008 Indian Drama movie. Shaurya is a 2008 Indian courtroom drama film directed by Samar Khan, starring Kay Kay Menon, Rahul Bose, Javed Jaffrey and Minissha Lamba. The film revolves around the court-martial of a Muslim soldier, Javed Khan, in the Indian Army, for shooting his commanding officer and is set against the backdrop of the Kashmir conflict in Jammu and Kashmir, India. Major Siddhant Chaudhary (Rahul Bose) is assigned to be Javed Khan's defence lawyer, and the film depicts his investigations in the circumstances leading up to the shooting. The film is inspired by the Hollywood film A Few Good Men.
